Felting shapes

Curious as I was to wade into making Maxwell, I decided to have a few attempts at simpler shapes. It would also let me see what happened to the wool fibres as I worked and get me, more accustomed to using the felting needle.

I don’t understand, we don’t get along.
Too alike, the connection just fights.
Flesh and blood yet, we cannot see.
Who the hell is he, not me !
Too stubborn and proud, to agree.
The age-gap, too many years to right.
Let’s try talking to amend,
but I know how that will end.
