A memory that just popped into my head the other day, was of a place I visited with family for a picnic, on a glorious sunny day. A lovely thought.

Take a picture, black and white,
Leave out the colour, it’s too bright.
Take a picture, capture time,
In the mind, the f-stops’s fine.
Take a picture – no, not just yet,
use your eyes with senses set.
Take a picture in your mind,
the camera can at times be blind.
Take a picture, don’t forget,
this memory shall linger yet.
